VAT Regulations:

If we supply energy saving equipment without installing it then our supply is standard rated @ 17.5 %.

If we supply and install the equipment then the reduced rate of VAT @ 5% applies.

If we supply and install  energy saving equipment during the course of construction of a new dwelling, then the supply is zero-rated.
